If there was one person in the world who would find happiness in a shoe, it would be Carrie Bradshaw. Yet while she would be all about the Blahniks, I’m talking Nikes. The mood shift I experienced after running through the city with my favorite fit friends was huge. Although it would be silly to attribute that solely to a shoe, it was the Nike Air VaporMax that brought me out on, fittingly, International Happiness Day.
It looks like a slice of happiness as well with its cloud nine sole full of fresh air from Oregon and its pure platinum colorway that made me think of Cinderella’s glass slipper. Officially hitting stores on Sunday, March 26, 2017, this design yet again redefines the running shoe. Ridiculously light with a sole that gives you even more bounce, it’s the closest sensation to feeling like you’re actually running on air.
Stay tuned for a fun opportunity to trial these sneakers yourself. In the meantime, enjoy the epic new look of the Nike Loft.
