My title sounds impressively authoritative, doesn’t it? Like I’m actually on top of my vitamin game? Well, I’m not. Even as I write this, I have to question whether or not I remembered to take them this morning. The answer? Yes! Why? Because I asked for help. As I got older, I began to understand the need for supplementing a healthy (ish) diet with vitamins, but I kept forgetting to take them (to this day, probiotics I have to refrigerate are a waste of my money). And then I posed this dilemma to my following and came away with some very common sense solutions that made me then question other things about myself.

But that’s besides the point.

If you’re like me and want to improve your health with supplements but keep forgetting to take them, here are three easy ways to remind yourself!

1. SET AN ALARM: Since we’re essentially attached to our smartphones these days, might as well take advantage of that fact by instilling healthy habits. A simple trick to remember your vitamins is to simply set a daily reminder and before you know it, the habit will form!

2. PUT THEM IN VISIBLE PLACES: An alarm only goes so far. You snooze it, it goes away and before you know it, you’ve left the house and you’ve once again neglected to take your vitamins. So why not put them in a place you can’t ignore: On your bedside table, the kitchen counter or, as one of my followers shared, in your car! This way you’ll see them and take them.

3. OPT FOR THE DELICIOUS KIND: There are all sorts of vitamins out on the market these days from low grade to high grade, drug store to health store, pills to capsules…and lastly gummies.
