Starting the year off on the right foot might have been a bit tough for me emotionally, but physically I’ve been kicking ass. Right away I committed to Nike Women’s #BetterForIt Challenge, which kicked off last week and have, for the most part, stuck with it religiously. I say “for the most part” because a lot of other workout opportunities have surfaced over the last few days, keeping me in constant sweat-mode.
Yet what I love about this particular challenge is how it begins with a quiz to determine what level of activity you’ll be engaged in over the course of 21 days. From there, you’re able to put your specific program in your Google Calendar with the click of a button, ensuring you’re notified instantly to the workout of the day.
To make it even easier, a link is provided in each calendar alert so that you can get your workout started as soon as you’re ready. No excuses.
Although the 21 day #BetterForIt Challenge might have set out to be a true New Year resolution, it’s not too late to start. And by getting into it now, those who intend to make 2016 their healthiest year yet will be able to follow something that’s easily attainable and accessible. Even before the month is over, those who have committed will be looking for other challenges to keep the momentum going.
That summer body has never seemed more easily achievable.
