When I think of music festivals, the first thing that comes to mind is the fashion. This probably has to do with the fact that I’ve hardly been to concerts let alone festivals. So, much of what I see of these events is the day after on fashion blogs.

But this weekend I’m heading to WayHome! And I’m excited not only to check out headliners Sam Smith and Kendrick Lamar, but also showcase my festival style with the help of some of my favorite Etsy Canada products.

I might not be a veteran, but armed with a few new jewelry pieces from Spark and Thistle and a cute crop top from Jordan de Ruiter, both of whom will have stalls at the inaugural music festival along with a slew of other Canadian Etsy sellers, I know I’m going to fit right in.

I’m interested to see how I hold up over the three-day event. I’m an avid camper, but I have a feeling this is going to be a completely different adventure. Especially since I’ll be packing almost the opposite for this trip with beauty and fashion top-of-mind. Yet I’ve been all about saying yes to everything this year and I’ve always been 100% into trying new things – so I’m sure my recap post will be very entertaining. Stay tuned!
